In 2005, Mclaine DeWitt Herndon graduated as one of the top of her class from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She holds a Masters in Education and English from the University of Tulsa. After she graduated from Bishop Kelley High School, she was a teacher at Booker T. Washington High School. Her Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature is also from the University of Tulsa.
McLaine DeWitt Herndon is admitted to practice in the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
